This may be a good starting point if…
You’re weighing a change — and you’re tired of pretending you have a plan when you don’t.
You have options, but none of them feel solid enough to actually trust.
You keep circling the same question, and it changes shape every time you look at it — role, field, workplace, confidence, or something you’ve quietly outgrown.
You’re internationally trained and rebuilding in Canada, trying to make your real experience count without starting from zero.
You’re still delivering as a leader — while privately wondering how long you can keep carrying this.
You want your next move to feel grounded, not like one more guess you’ll end up second-guessing.
You may be solving the wrong version of the problem
Most people don’t stay stuck because they’re lazy, incapable, or unmotivated. They stay stuck because they’re quietly solving the wrong version of the problem.
- You think you need a new job — when the real issue is confidence.
- You think you need a new field — when the real issue is the environment you’re in.
- You think you need more discipline — when the real issue is sustainability.
- You think you need to start over — when the real issue is translating your experience into a path that works here in Canada.
- You think you’re just confused — when you’re actually carrying competing values, pressure, expectations, and the fear of choosing wrong.
This is where you slow the question down — long enough to see which problem you’re really solving.
It won’t make the decision for you. It gives you a clearer starting point, so your next conversation, decision, or experiment isn’t just another guess.
What you’ll get when you’re done
When you finish, I’ll send you a short, personalized Career Direction Results report by email. It’s written to help you see:
- what your answers may be pointing toward
- the kind of career question you may actually be carrying
- the fears, values, and pressures quietly shaping the decision
- what you may be able to clarify or act on yourself
- where a deeper conversation, assessment, or structured program may help
- what a grounded next step could look like
This isn’t about promising success or handing you a perfect match. It’s about real clarity — about yourself, your goals, your patterns, and the decision in front of you.
You don’t need to book anything to receive your results. If you’d like to go further, you can book a free 20-minute consultation to talk through what they may suggest.

FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a test?
No. It’s a structured way to think things through and get personalized Career Direction Results. There’s no score, no pass or fail, and no “type” you get sorted into.
Will this tell me what career to choose?
It won’t hand you a single answer or a guaranteed match. It helps you notice patterns and name the real question, so your next decision is better informed and more your own.
What happens after I complete it?
I review your responses and email you your personalized Career Direction Results — usually within 1–2 business days — along with an optional invitation to a free 20-minute conversation.
Why do you ask for my email?
So I can send your results to you, and any follow-up you ask for. That’s the main reason. Your email isn’t shared, and you can opt out of further messages any time.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your responses are kept private and reviewed by Gui or within Gui Toledo Counselling & Consulting, according to privacy practices.
Can I use insurance?
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor accepted by major insurance providers, sessions may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement depending on your individual extended health plan. Official receipts are provided, and in some cases, direct billing is available. Please check your coverage directly with your insurer.
What happens in the free 20-minute consultation?
It’s a relaxed conversation — not a counselling session and not a sales pitch. We surface the real question and discuss the next step that fits, which might be a program, a single session, or simply some clarity to take away. No obligation to decide anything.
One small step toward a clearer next move
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin — that’s the point. Start now and get your personalized Career Direction Results, or book a conversation if you’d rather talk it through first.
