Most people think they need help with their career. What they often need is clarity about what comes next. That is the work I do.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia with graduate training in industrial-organizational psychology, complementary training in clinical counselling, and an MBA in international business. I also hold certifications in coaching, human behaviour, and psychological health and safety.
I help immigrants, internationally trained professionals, global professionals, and leaders navigate career decisions when the stakes are high and the path forward is no longer obvious.
My approach is both counselling-informed and assessment-backed. I use evidence-based tools and behavioural insight to help clients better understand their strengths, patterns, decision-making, and direction — not for more theory, but for better decisions.
My background spans healthcare, education, nonprofit, consulting, and global business, with experience supporting professionals and teams across multiple continents. That has shaped the way I work: practical, cross-cultural, and grounded in the realities people actually carry.
The goal is straightforward: clearer thinking, stronger direction, and next steps you can actually use.

Why this work has depth
Lived experience
As an immigrant and global professional myself, I understand that personally as well as professionally. I know what it means to rebuild in a new country while trying to make thoughtful decisions without losing yourself in the process.
That experience — alongside the professional training — is what makes this work feel grounded rather than clinical. It is not knowledge applied from a distance. It is shaped by the realities that actually matter when the stakes are high.
How I work
My work is grounded in behavioural science, validated assessments, and counselling-informed practice. I use evidence to help clients make clearer decisions — not to make the process feel cold, clinical, or overcomplicated.
I bring both personal and professional experience of migration, multilingual work, and global teams. That perspective matters when career decisions are shaped by culture, identity, belonging, and reinvention.
Insight is not enough on its own. The work has to lead somewhere. I help clients move toward clearer direction, stronger self-understanding, and next steps they can actually use in real life.
I am a counsellor, not a psychologist. I do not provide psychological assessment, and when a client needs support outside my scope as a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I refer out.
