Confidentiality

Everything discussed in this program is confidential within the legal and ethical limits of counselling practice. Your employer cannot access your records, notes, or anything you share. Sessions are not reportable to any organization. This work exists entirely outside your professional context — that is not an accident. It is what makes the depth of it possible.

What this is

From the outside, it may look like you are doing well.

You are capable. You are functioning. You are still delivering. But underneath that, something is straining — and the support around you has probably not kept pace with how much the role has grown.

The Leadership Insight Intensive Program is built for leaders, senior professionals, and regulated professionals navigating burnout, transition, identity shifts, and the internal cost of carrying too much for too long.

"This is serious work — approached with the depth, confidentiality, and clinical grounding it requires."

What it actually feels like

The pressure is higher.

The margin is thinner.

The role has grown faster than the support around it.

And what used to work is no longer enough.

This program is designed to help you understand what is driving the pressure, where your patterns are helping or hurting you, and what needs to change for you to lead and function more sustainably.

What you get

What is included in this program.

1

10 Working Sessions Over 12–14 Weeks

Counselling-informed, structured, and built around your actual situation. Not a coaching template or a productivity framework — a real working relationship focused on depth and change.

2

Four Validated Assessments — Used Together, Not Interchangeably

This program uses a specific combination of four assessments chosen for leadership and high-pressure work. Each one surfaces something different; the value is in how they work together.

Strong Interest Inventory (SII)

Where your interests, values, and career patterns point — used as a baseline for fit and direction before the deeper clinical work begins.

TriMetrix HD

Maps behavioural style, motivators, and how you show up under pressure — useful for identifying patterns that have calcified in the role over time.

EQ-i 2.0

A clinical-grade emotional intelligence assessment that identifies where emotional patterns are supporting — or quietly limiting — your functioning as a leader.

Stress Quotient

Measures how you respond to pressure across seven dimensions — making visible what the body and mind are already managing before the session begins.

3

A Written Leadership Profile

Key patterns, pressure points, and practical recommendations in writing — so the insight from the program is clear, portable, and yours to keep.

4

Integration Tasks Between Sessions

Practical tasks designed to help insight become real change — not just better understanding, but actual shifts in how you lead, respond, and carry the role.

Assessment tools are used as part of counselling-informed work. They are not diagnostic psychological tests and do not replace psychological assessment by a registered psychologist.

Who this is for

This is for you.

Not for leaders who want productivity hacks or a shinier personal brand. For people who want more than advice — who want clearer self-understanding and a more sustainable way forward.

Book a Confidential Consultation

You are in a leadership role that has become heavier than expected — and the support around you has not kept pace.

You are a senior individual contributor navigating real pressure, burnout, or a transition you are managing mostly alone.

You are holding a great deal together externally while feeling less steady internally than you are letting on.

You want more than advice — you want clearer self-understanding and a better way forward that actually holds up under pressure.

Common entry points

The situations that bring people to this work.

Sustained load

Leaders carrying more than is visible

The role has expanded. The expectations have compounded. The support around you has not kept pace. You are still delivering — but the cost of doing so is no longer sustainable, and nobody around you can see it.

Significant transition

Navigating a role shift, restructure, or exit

A new level of leadership, an organizational change, or a departure that carries more weight than expected. Transitions at senior levels are rarely just logistical — they often surface questions about identity, direction, and what comes next.

Questioning the cost

High performers beginning to ask different questions

You have succeeded by most measures. But the question underneath has shifted — from "how do I get there?" to "is this actually what I want?" and "what is this costing me?" That question deserves a serious answer.

Difficult environments

Navigating politically charged or structurally difficult contexts

You are managing upward, sideways, and downward in a system that is not straightforward. The complexity is real. The work here is about building clarity and resilience from the inside out — so the environment has less power to define you.

What this is — and what it is not

This is not coaching.
It is clinical work that happens to involve leadership.

Coaching is goal-oriented, performance-focused, and forward-looking. It is useful for developing skills, building habits, and improving outcomes in clearly defined areas.

This work is different. It draws on clinical counselling, psychological assessment, and organizational psychology to help you understand what is actually happening — not just what you want to achieve.

The difference matters. Coaching can help you perform better within the existing pattern. This work helps you understand the patterns, histories, and internal dynamics that are shaping how you lead — and what they are costing you.

Conflating the two often leads to the wrong kind of help for the wrong kind of problem. If what is needed is deeper self-understanding under clinical conditions, that is what this program is for.

The program arc

How the program works.

01

Establish your baseline

Four validated assessments — Strong Interest Inventory, TriMetrix HD, EQ-i 2.0, and Stress Quotient — completed before we begin. The work starts from a real, data-informed picture of your patterns, motivators, and pressure responses — not assumptions about what the problem might be.

02

Work through the deeper layers

Ten working sessions over 12–14 weeks. Counselling-informed, not surface-level. We work through the patterns, identity shifts, and internal dynamics that shape how you lead — and what is making the weight harder to carry.

03

Build a more sustainable path

A written Leadership Profile with key patterns, pressure points, and practical recommendations. Integration tasks between sessions to help insight move into real change — not just better self-awareness, but a different way of functioning.

Questions

Common questions about this program.

Can my employer find out that I am participating in this program?

No. This is a confidential clinical relationship. Nothing you share is accessible to your employer, your organization, or any third party. Sessions are not reportable. Records stay within the therapeutic relationship, subject to the standard legal and ethical limits of counselling practice. If confidentiality matters to you — and for most leaders, it does — that is already built into how this work is structured.

How is this different from executive coaching?

Coaching is typically goal-oriented, performance-focused, and forward-looking. This work draws on clinical counselling, psychological assessment, and organizational psychology to surface what is actually driving the patterns — not just what to do next. If what you need is a thought partner for strategy and goals, coaching may be the right fit. If what you need is a deeper understanding of why things keep working the way they do — often despite your best efforts — this is a different kind of help.

I do not have a lot of time. Is this realistic?

Most clients in this program are running full calendars. Sessions are scheduled at a cadence that works around your professional commitments — typically bi-weekly, with some flexibility. The structure is designed to be demanding in the right way, not logistically overwhelming. The more useful question is not whether you have time, but what the cost of not doing this work continues to be.

Can my organization pay for this program?

Yes — some clients have their organizations cover this program as a professional development investment. If that is something you are exploring, we can discuss how to structure that conversation. What remains unchanged regardless of who pays: the program is entirely confidential. No content, notes, or outcomes are shared with your employer.

Can I use my extended health benefits?

Because this work is delivered by a Registered Clinical Counsellor, counselling sessions may be reimbursable through extended health benefits that cover Registered Clinical Counsellor services. Coverage varies by plan — check your plan before booking to confirm whether RCC services are included and what the reimbursement cap is.
